Our mission is to invest capital in high-growth, expansion-stage companies, within specific sectors of the  Information Technology, Nano Technology and Film/Television. In Information Technology we focus on Artificial Intellegence, Telecommunications, Ad Networks and Electronic Financial Platforms. In the Nano Science Field we focus on proprietary technologies, communication devices, medical devices and other Nano related technologies. For film and Television, we work with "A" listed talent and production companies to maximize ROI as well as provide services to protect financial investments. Our strategy is to leverage companies through use of investment funds with the objective of realizing venture level returns for us, our investors, and partners.

Any successful company begins with good management. We practice a high degree of oversight without imposing a heavy hand by providing regular interaction and monitoring where necessary. Our focused review groups ensure investment dollars are spent efficiently to garner high returns.  We work hard to assist portfolio companies to achieve their goals and objectives, to anticipate difficulties early, and to assist them in developing solutions to challenges they may face.

Livotek Ventures typically provides 1/3 to 2/3rds of the capital a company may be seeking with the balance coming from institutional co-investors and strategic partners.
